Travel advice: when holiday excursions go wrong

Some sound advice on The Telegraph webpage from Matthew Chapman, specialist travel and tourism barrister at 1 Chancery Lane (chambers I regularly instruct) responding to a reader's enquiry on a disastrous holiday excursion and the claims she might be able to bring.

Most office workers will spend a lot of time, sat in front of their computer screens everyday. The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992, regulation 11 sets out an employers duties in respect of workstation and seating. The Heath and Safety Display  Screen Equipment Regulations1992 advises the employers about computer equipment and how this should be positioned.

What is the Cost of Life?
