Thank you seems too small a phrase for all of your hard work and dogged determination to achieve the outcome we desired. We were always treated with utmost care and respect, and made to feel that our problems were real and our needs were important. John White and Gemma Bailey were extremely professional yet completely approachable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Blake Lapthorn to our acquaintances should the need arise, and we will certainly consider calling on you for any other services that you provide.

How to Survive a Heart Attack when Alone
Mon 31st Oct 2011
At my desk today an e-mail came into my inbox from my mother. Having checked there was no immediate emergency, I have to say that my next thought, particularly after seeing "Send to Everyone in your Address Book", was along the lines of "Don't you know I'm busy – I haven't got time for things like this!"

The Importance of Understanding Brain Injury
Fri 28th Oct 2011
I attended a brain injury training course recently which was both informative and insightful. One thing jumped out at me more than anything else - just how important it is to liaise closely with family members and understand the full impact that a brain injury can cause. It is imperative, too, to understand the needs and priorities of the injured party, whether it be returning to work or independent living for example. It is the injured party's priorities that are key, no one elses.
