Claims Abroad team recover substantial damages for accident in Spain

Mrs W suffered personal injuries in Majorca, Spain following a road traffic accident. She was hit at a pedestrian crossing and suffered head injuries, a fractured wrist and ankle and all sorts of bruising. Eventually a hip replacement was required. We were able to bring the claim in England due to the nationality of the insurers and for the convenience of our client. A negotiated settlement has left the client with substantial damages.

Car accident in Mauritius

The claim had to be brought in Mauritius due to the manner in which the journey was booked.
