She was injured as a result of a colleague kicking a horse in a fit of temper as punishment for the horse kicking out at one of the hounds. As a result the horse suddenly and at speed rushed forward and knocked Miss B over from where she was standing near the horse's head. She sustained soft tissue damage to right foot and ankle. She received damages agreed at £2,143.83.
