Compensation recovered further to car accident in France

Chris Deacon in Blake Lapthorn's Claims Abroad team has just recovered in excess of 4,000 euros for a client who received whiplash type injuries further to a rear shunt car accident in France.  The client was returning from a skiing holiday.  We were able to bring proceedings directly against the third party motor insurer in the English Courts.
