Final settlement for claim against EasyJet following last winter's snow disruption

He recovered damages in accordance with the Denied Boarding Regulations for a
family who were stranded in Tenerife for 8 days due to snow disruption at
Chris commented "this is the last of my cases to settle following last year's snow disruption to flights to and from the UK. The volume of claims has caused long delays in settlement and those needing to claim under the EU Regulations should always seek specialist guidance from a travel solicitor." It remains to be seen whether similar disruption will ensue this winter.
