Prior to using Blake Lapthorn, my only experience of solicitors had been during divorce proceedings; I had felt then that I had to constantly be the person checking what was happening with the case in order to ensure the best outcome and I didn't really have faith in the service that company provided or feel that my case was that important to them. My experience with Blake Lapthorn could not have been more different!
At our initial meeting I was made welcome and put at my ease. Having discussed the circumstances and made an agreement to take matters further, I only had to provide the necessary information and then let them do the work. They were consistently polite and friendly whilst being completely professional. I was kept informed of progress at all times and I felt that I was able to put my faith in them and that they were working hard to ensure the best possible outcome.
Blake Lapthorn made what could have been a very difficult experience easy and painless. Furthermore, we could not have been happier with the final outcome. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking for a solicitors!J Ellis
