Joanna qualified as a solicitor in September 2010 having joined the firm as a trainee in 2008. A fluent French speaker, she originally studied international business and French at Aston University, which included a year studying business at Universite Laval in Quebec, before spending four years living in northern France.

Chris joined the travel team in January 2008 and qualified as a solicitor in 2011. Chris acts mostly for claimants in relation to accidents abroad and holiday disputes as well as travel and motor insurers on international recoveries. He has a particular interest in consumer travel issues, claims under the Package Travel Regulations, international conventions and denied boarding cases.
Chris completed his degree in European Law at the University of Warwick. He is fluent in French and brings a wealth of knowledge surrounding French Law having spent a year studying at the Faculty of Law in Lille.
Chris is a member of the Travel and Tourism Lawyers Association.
