I am extremely grateful for all the hard work of Deborah Blackmore.

Mr Earl

Whiplash

This injury is most commonly associated with rear end shunt car accidents.

Injuries can also result from fair ground rides or slipping and tripping accidents when the neck or back is jolted.   Symptoms can last from a matter of days to a life time.  Often early rehabilitation such as physiotherapy treatment will speed up recovery and improve the long term prognostic outcome.

If you have suffered a whiplash injury and believe someone is to blame, we will investigate the circumstances of your accident and if appropriate instruct a suitably qualified medical expert to report upon the nature of the injury you have suffered and how it may affect your future. We shall also invite your opponent's insurer to facilitate a course of rehabilitation.
