Who are BL Claims Solicitors

BL Claims Solicitors specialise in personal injury, clinical negligence and travel claims, providing our clients with hands-on support, nationally.

We are rated as one of the top firms in the UK and believe in speaking to our clients in jargon-free language and ensuring you're speaking to a highly qualified lawyer right from the outset

Research conducted by University College London found that people who spend 11 hours at work as opposed to those working 7 or 8 hours are two thirds more likely to suffer heart problems.  The university described it as "a wake up call" for people who over work themselves.

This research could have implications not only for the individual but also employers as well.  If employers know members of staff are working long hours and that this carries a health risk they have an obligation to assess this risk and ensure that their employees are safe at work.
