BL Claims Solicitors specialise in personal injury, clinical negligence and travel claims, providing our clients with hands-on support, nationally.

We are rated as one of the top firms in the UK and believe in speaking to our clients in jargon-free language and ensuring you're speaking to a highly qualified lawyer right from the outset

The measures being considered are cutting the speed limit to 50mph from 70mph, creating a crawling lane for eastbound lorries and installing signs advising drivers to get into correct lanes earlier.

This is following yet another death when Ross Lipsett 53 of Ringwood was killed when his car crashed into a lorry parked in a lay-by at Poulner Hill.

A campaign has already been launched for improvements to the A31 by Ringwood Town Council which has gained cross party support.

In my view all the Highways Agency should be reviewing all  A roads throughout the UK especially those running through villages and country side to ensure that the speed limit is correct for the particular road taking into consideration the surroundings and who uses the road and if necessary reducing the speed limit accordingly.
